Continuing Education Course for Real Estate Associates and Brokers (14 Hours) English and Spanish
The 14 hours Continuing Education course for Sales Associates and Brokers consists of 3 Hours Core law and 11 Hours of Principles and Practices of Real Estate. (Includes the required 3 hours of Core Law and 3 hours of Business Ethics)

This updated version has the most recent changes to Florida Law and FREC rule changes and includes the ethics content required for renewal beginning April 1, 2018. This course is a popular, interactive approach to the 14-hour CE course, offering timely and critical information in short, lively units with intermixed practice questions.

Every 2 years for your license renewal it is required by FREC to complete the 14 Hours Continuing Education Course, if you take your 14 hours course in classroom there is no end of course examination. Once you have your 14 hours of continuing education certificate you can renew your license with the DBPR.

Pre - License Real Estate Sales Associates Course (63 Hours) English and Spanish
The mandatory FREC 63-hours Sales Associate pre-license online or in classroom course is designed to give extensive education on Florida’s Real Estate Principles, Practice, and Law. Students who are seeking the RE Sales Associate license in the state of Florida must take it prior to the state licensing exam.
 
The course is valid for licensure purposes for two years after course completion date.  You must pass a timed multiple choice exam consisting of 100 questions. Passing score is 70%. If you fail your end-of-course examination the first time, you must wait 30 days from the date of the original examination to retest. Finial exam  administered the last day of the course.
 
Once candidates pass the end of course exam, they must present and pass the Florida Real Estate Sales Associate State examination with a grade of at least 75.

Post License Real Estate Course Sales Associate (45 Hours) English and Spanish 
The Florida Real Estate Commission requires that anyone with a Sale Associate license must complete a 45 hours Post-License course prior to their first License renewal. There is no grace period, and failing to take a Post-License course before the deadline will result in your license being null and void. Don’t procrastinate and put your license at risk, reserve your seat today.

The Post-License Sales Associate course is designed to go beyond the principles of Real Estate that were taught in your Pre-License course, and give you the actual skills that will enhance your ability to be successful in your market. The sooner you acquire these skills which include marketing techniques, listing acquisition, and helpful tips for buyers and sellers, the faster you will be able to build a solid base and experience greater success.
